Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

  • All prices are F.O.B. City of Industry, California or Atlanta, Georgia. 
  • We will ship our order directly from the nearest available location to your delivery address. This approach will expedite the shipping process and minimize transit times.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be shipped.  Please plan ahead to make sure your deadlines are met and your products arrive on time. 
  • 24-hour turnaround shipping is available upon request.  
  • All orders will receive an email confirmation with tracking information for the shipment.
  • Enviro Flex Pack will ship most orders via United Parcel Service (UPS), Amazon shipping, or FedEx Ground, please contact our office if a specific or an alternate shipping method is required.
  • All shipments will be carefully inspected prior to delivery. Any incorrect shipment, shipping damage, or discrepancy of the order must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
  • Free Shipping offer valid for continental US only.  Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories are not included. 
  • Free Shipping offer also excludes accessories and equipment.

  • To qualify for our Free Shipping promotion, your STOCK order of eligible products must total $350.00 or more prior to sales tax and exclude shipping and handling. 
  • All orders using Free Shipping will be shipped via standard ground method. FAQ

Q:  What is your business hours?
A: Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST, excluding major holidays.

Q:  Can you split my order between different locations? 
A: Yes, we can split your order and send it to as many locations as you like.  Please be aware there will be a split ship fee associated with shipping multiple locations. 

Q:  How long does shipping take for custom packaging orders? 
A: Global shipping lead times vary based on the shipping route, market demand and other external variables at a given time but usually about 4-6 weeks for ocean and 1-2 weeks for air cargo.  For the latest shipping lead times please visit our latest global supply chain update.

Q: How long does shipping take for online orders?
A:  Online orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours.  Depending on the shipping method, this may take anywhere from 1-5 days from dispatch.
